Audi A7 purchase
Unlike some other car dealers, you get a good comfortable experience as soon as you come to Oakwood. We were never put under pressure to purchase and when we eventually decided to purchase our new motor the deal was straightforward and effortless. Totally recommend this place.

Well run business with friendly staff
No problems with these guys, everything was straight forward, only had the car for a day, but i expect no issues as all preparation was spot on. Purchased a 2010 plate and it looked brand new. Friendly, relaxed and helpful, can't ask for more really.

Car Purchase Experience
4 yr old , 15k miles car initial enquiry with below asking price negotiated on phone prior to viewing and test drive.
Car as described upon viewing and sale agreed few days later. No issues with storing the car for a few weeks to allow me time to collect from Scotland.
All documents and servicing history present and correct on hand over. A pleasure to deal with and would happily recommend using them again

Not great
Well after leaving a positive review last week of the company I would now have nothing positive to say apart from Andy and Jason today. My father bought a car last week, I then looked at a car in the forecourt and was told we can do a double deal, however due to credit I thought I would never get the car. 3 days later I was passed and it was mine, no communication in between. Went to collect the car today with no deal what so ever, £4 fuel in the tank knowing where I lived and nothing knocked off paid full price. No refreshments offered until asked. Over £12,000 spent in 1 week and not enough care of fuel to get home ever after no discount, not a lot to ask!

OMC Hello Jade, we are extremely disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with the lack of fuel in your car. We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and will look in to your complaint.

I have to say we have worked very hard to get your finance placed and get the car ready for collection as promised and the car looked fantastic when it was collected. We had put 5 litres of fuel in before you collected the car as the fuel level was low but unfortunately that wasn't enough to get you home.

We hope you enjoy your new car.

Team Oakwood.

Easy..... like a Sunday morning
We found Oakwood on Autotrader when we were looking for a 'newish' Audi A4. They had plenty of stock all at various prices / colours and after visiting a couple of garages a bit more local to us earlier in the day and without any success we decided to drive upto Bury for a last look of the day. The car we had looked at online was in the showroom, exactly as described and looked as new. After speaking with Danny about the car and what trade in deal we could do we decided to purchase the car. This was gone 4pm on Saturday so we paid the deposit to secure the car and although we were eager to have the car as soon as possible, realisticaly it would only be ready the following week. We were kept upto date with progress on Monday and Tuesday and it was ready to collect on Wednesday afternoon. It was a smooth transaction and will recommend to anyone who is looking at purchasing a used car at a competative price.

Car purchase
This is my third purchase from the Oakwood Motors Company, Bury. It's a fair trip from down south but worth every mile of it. Reason - simply excellent service and good quality cars. You can buy with confidence without test drive.

Great service
I recently purchased a car from Oakwood Motor Company on line as I live 300 miles south of Bury, Lancs.
Gary was very helpful and collected me from the tram station as I had travelled by train.
I collected the car which was as I had expected and drove home.
Unfortunately, on my journey the engine system malfunction warning was displayed.
Because of the distance involved it was not practical for me to return to the garage and so I had a new vacuum pump fitted locally and Oakwood have very kindly reimbursed me for the cost of the faulty part.
All in all I would be very happy to recommend them as the service was excellent and I am delighted with the car.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 from Oakwood Motor Company and, unfortunately, an issue developed with the vehicle shortly after purchase. While it was obviously frustrating to have a problem with the car, I have to say that Megan and the team at Oakwood were excellent in helping me get it resolved. Once I raised the issue with them and provided the relevant information, they agreed to take responsibility for the repair and worked with me throughout the process. The situation ended up being more complicated than initially expected, with Tesla identifying further work that was required, but Oakwood continued to work with me to reach a satisfactory resolution. I particularly appreciated Megan's communication and willingness to listen to the situation and find a way forward. It would have been easy for the process to become difficult when dealing with a third-party manufacturer, but Oakwood worked with me rather than making the situation unnecessarily difficult. Ultimately, the issue has now been resolved and I'm very happy with how Oakwood handled things. Buying a used car inevitably comes with some risk, and for me, what really matters is how a dealer responds when something does go wrong. In this case, Oakwood stepped up and helped put things right. A special thanks to Megan for her help throughout the process. I would be happy to recommend Oakwood Motor Company based on my experience.

It's early days & no complaints, the sale was straight forward & Paul (Chorley branch) was excellent, the vehicle was prepped to a great standard. I went to look at a vehicle at the bury branch & Ben tried to get one over me buy over pricing the AA warranty 1yr at £1200 & he would do it for £799 turns out it only cost £799 shame on you, your loss ha ha.
