Excellent service all round.
Arrived to look at car and it was ready on my arrival. Superbly valeted and polished. Salesman Mark made us welcome and was very helpful and allowed a 5 mile test drive.

On return and following decision to buy, arrangements were made for delivery from Winchester to South Wales the next day. Car delivered with all documentation and handbook.

Excellent service all round, good price on car and no issues with the car since. Very happy and would recommend.

Only one slight criticism, it would have been nice to have been offered a cup of tea or coffee after a 200 mile journey. LOL

Wonderful.
I travelled from Manchester to Eclipse after talking to Mark on the phone. No hard sell, which exudes confidence, creates trust and I personally appreciated it greatly. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, collecting me from the station in the car I was looking at. We're absolutely thrilled with the car we bought and would make the long journey again when we're looking once more. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Called in out of the blue and I knew the car I wanted. It was off site but no trouble for the staff to fetch. Made the purchase and collected 5 days later. Excellent Service
I bought a 2010 Ford Focus Automatic last weekend and could not fault the service from Paul and his team.
I bought the car without seeing it - and was so pleased when I went to pick it up.
Paul went through all the paper work and was very thorough and gave lots of advice and tips.
The car is lovely - so tidy and clean inside and out.
I could not be happier with the excellent service I received.

Excellent Workshop experience
Its not often that a trip to the garage is a pleasant experience but that's how it was at Eclipse. Having been disapointed at other garages, the quiet air of competence and professionalism was a pleasant and welcome surprise at Eclipse.
Nothing was too much trouble , I don't think "No" or "We can't do that" is in their vocabulary.
Despite the extremely short notice the work was completed as promised , on time and in budget. Roy and Matt managed the whole process with calm efficiency . We were not disappointed . Thank you.

I came all the way from Bromley in kent to view and buy the car for my son.
I spoke to mark on the phone who answered all my questions that I needed answers to.
When I got to Eclipse the car was sitting there washed and valeted.
After a walk round the car mark asked if I would like to test drive the car.
The car drove amazing and looked superb.
We sat down and and agreed on the price and I had a lovely drive home.
A massive thanks to mark lovely guy who went above and beyond to make me happy

Great Service great car!!
Paul was helpful from start to finish with purchasing my dream car. He kept in contact throughout the whole process with regular updates and phone calls. He did his upmost to provide us with the best deal to suit us and went through everything in a professional manner. We were welcomed every time we stepped into the sales office by all staff and everyone was friendly. It has been a pleasure to deal with Eclipse cars and would definitely recommend them to anyone. All round quality
This is the first time that I have used this dealer and I can confidently say that it is superb. Ryan was very professional and I didn't feel that I was being pushed into buying at all. Best Car Dealership
This is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Roy and his team are so professional and courteous and honest and fair. They did their best to work with us within our budget and sorted everything over the phone. We traveled 4 hours to collect our car and everything went smoothly. Purchase of Audi TT
Actually came over to test drive an MX5 for my Wife, but she was not keen. She then happened to notice the Audi TT on the forecourt. We took it out for a test drive and the rest is history. Initially had a a couple of issues, but they were dealt with very swiftly without question. I can honestly say having bought many vehicles over the years, the car was presented in an immaculate condition and their after sales customer service was second to none. I must add a a big call out to Maria who kept me up to speed throughtout the purchase and resolving the initial couple of issues. Would definitley use them again when the time comes.

Recent Range Rover purchase
Came across this garage while searching on AutoTrader. Contacted them to arrange a test drive, they responded quickly and all arranged. On the day we took the car out alone no pushy sales etc. I didn’t buy this car but they did find me my perfect car, again no big sale talk let the car sell itself. The team were great to work with took my car as a PX, sorted the tax and personal plate, even printed new plates for me. Great warranty and AA cover too. Couldn’t be happier with the car and service

The service I received when buying the car was good but no as expected when spending thousands of pounds, barely had the car 6 months and had only driven 4000 miles, yet the car had multiple failures on its MOT and was deemed not safe to drive, after 0 advisories other than tyres in previous MOTs, costing hundreds of pounds. When I contacted Eclipse regarding this they were prompt in response but only offered an additional quote!
