              We travelled 139 miles to purchase my BMW, trading in my Mazda. It was well worth the road trip. Having spotted the car on Autotrader, I did have reservations about it being possible to sort everything remotely but everything went extremely smoothly. Mo dealt with my purchase. He was fantastic, efficient and thorough. He provided all the information including detailed videos so I was clear and confident with the car I was buying. Picking up my new car and saying farewell to mine was an enjoyable experience. All the staff at Cromptons were welcoming and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Crompton Way Motors. Fiona Aris

                  Journey to being happy because of small detail
                  I bought a Range Rover sport 4.4 from compton way motors I have been trying to get a Range Rover since 6th dec 2024 after my bmw x5 was stolen I had one from Birmingham big company all fell through after many many promises unfulfilled I looked for a small family run company with good reviews I found Compton way saw a car I liked an even though I live in Derbyshire an they were Bolton I phoned up spoke to Paul has soon has I spoke I knew I’d made the correct choice throughout the process Paul an others at Compton made me feel at ease I’ve went to collect car on 24th of may Saturday I was anxious but I saw the car an fell in love with it it’s all I dreamed of when I decided to have a Range Rover all my questions were answered with knowledge an honesty I’ve had the car a few days now a few small things I asked to be done were sorted immediately for me the customer service was second to none they could not do enough for me I would highly recommend this company an Paul an John make me feel like a friend I would give all the team 10 out of 10 kind regards Michael Byard 🥰

                                            I recently bough my Hyundai Tucson from CWM. My initial contact was with John and he took me through the whole process which was expertly handled by Harvey. I got the train from Wiltshire up to Bolton and was met at the station by Harvey in the car, and we drove back to finalise all the paperwork.                                                                                     Both John and Harvey went above and beyond to make the search for the car we wanted a pleasurable experience, they didn't have the car in stock as such they sauced examples of the car based on the spec and budget we outlined, they didn't rush the process and made sure that we understood all aspects of the transaction. i would highly recommend Crompton way Motors to anyone looking for great service with the human touch, they are people who understand that customers are not just a sale.

                                                                                              This is a great family business who focus on the customer with no pressure sales, from my initial enquiry to final sale Harvey was friendly and straightforward, excellent to deal with ensuring I was happy with the vehicle and deal. The vehicle was as described and presented to a very high standard and everything was done that had previously been agreed prior to sale. The sale was stress free with no hidden extras and the level of service was well above other dealers I have purchased vehicles from.                                                                                                   The team at Crompton Way Motors are brilliant. I contacted them online after seeing an advert for a C1 on the Auto Trader website due to my old C1 being written off in a car accident. There was no hard sell at all, they were looking at my needs throughout my purchase. I am hard of hearing and they adapted communication to support me using online chat and text messages when I was asking for information and advice. A very special thanks to Braden, who was extremely patient with me as I had so many questions. I would definitely recommend Crompton Way Motors to anybody considering buying a second hand car.                                                                                                       There's absolutely zero 'stereotypical pushy car sales' here! The team ensure that you're picking the best car for your needs, they're knowledgeable, very professional and more importantly, they're genuine and down to earth.

                                                                                                      This time I chose an SUV, a car that I've never driven before, and they were more than happy for me to visit a few times and test drive it so I wasn't driving alone as I was a little nervous. I was made to feel relaxed, and once again, I've driven away with a car that I couldn't be happier with !
