    Great guys to deal with and very well versed in what they do.
    I have dealt with Dan & Russell for many years and can honestly say that, when it comes to choosing your next car, these guys are one of the best at what they do.

    I now bring my car for service and both Chris and the team are amazing at giving the full BMW experience.

    Would not hesitate to recommend and I have even referred family and friends to Bespoke.

            I asked Daniel to source a car for me and gave him an idea of the type of car I was looking for without being too specific. Well, I couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did. The car itself is stunning and the price, the support from the team and the ease of transaction was first class.                             I dealt with a man named Chris who was from the start very supportive and patient and helped me through a lot of things that I needed to be done. Seemed like he wasn’t just in it for selling a car like other dealerships are, there’s an element of care along with it too. Can’t sing his praise enough and sold me such a just a beautiful car. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely immaculate. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire process feel stress-free and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with every decision, and handled everything with professionalism and care. The whole experience was seamless and far easier than I ever expected. Fortunately I didn’t have to travel too far, so entered the showroom without appointment. All the staff were very welcoming even offering tea/coffee. I put down a small deposit, then I had to delay pick up for a few weeks because I couldn’t release my funds straightaway but we kept in touch throughout this delay. Jake and the proprietors showed great patience and trust in me until completion. 12 MOT, tax, personal reg transfer and bottle of fizz.. Brilliant customer care.
